Mike Lanese is co-founder and CEO of OnSeen, Inc, a software company that provides a Command & Control platform for mobile teams. Prior to OnSeen, Mike was the Chief Executive Officer of ClearSaleing, Inc. He served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and currently serves as a Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Army Reserve. He recently completed a deployment to Iraq and was awarded a Bronze Star for his performance. Mike holds degrees from Oxford University, where he attended as a Rhodes Scholar, and The Ohio State University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, captain of the football team and two-time Academic All-American.
Allen Houk, CPA, CMA is an accomplished Certified Public Accountant and small business advisor. He has over thirty-six years in the field, including time with regional CPA firm, Meaden & Moore, and several years working in the private sector. Over the past twenty-seven years, he has also operated a tax preparation consultancy, and nearly fifteen years ago, began his own public accounting firm in Grove City, Ohio.
Jason Hipsher, an operations executive turned consultant and strategic advisor, has over 20 years of practical and technical experience in the healthcare, insurance, energy, payments and retail industries.
Jason has a passion for innovation and has spent the past 2 years assisting Rev1 Ventures with start-ups in Columbus, OH; most recently with Med-Compliance IQ, helping them with business plans, product development, and venture funding. Jason is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Marketing and continues live in the Columbus, OH area supporting his beloved Buckeyes!
